My 8 week body transformation challenge is all about losing fat and changing body shape, bringing in the inches in the most effective way possible.


With the challenge you get weighed, fat tested and measured at the start and also given a diet plan to follow. You then get weighed and fat tested 4 weeks into it and then weighed, fat tested and measured at the end of the 8 weeks to see the final results of your hard work.

My 'fun but tough' bootcamp classes are a great way to burn fat, tone up and get fit at a very affordable price. They are also great for people who lead hectic lifestyles and maybe can't commit to regimented full day, week or month long traditional bootcamps, as mine are flexible, so my clients attend on a pay as you go basis.


Classes are always varied with different types of circuits and we use equipment such as kettlebells, dumbells, tyres, medicine balls, speed ladders etc. to work every aspect of fitness including muscular endurance, cardiovascular and core stability to burn fat in the best way possible.
